Updates and more from the team behind MNB
Open data for everyone
At MyNestBox we ingest a lot of data. We clean that data, process it, and make it fit for our purposes. But where that data comes from in the first place can often be a bit of a mystery.
Introducing Site Levels from MyNestBox
We’re thrilled to announce our latest addition to MNB Assess, Site Levels. This exciting new ‘deal breaker’ data source allows you to see the height and shape of a site more easily and much earlier in the assessment process.
MyNestBox launches new product
MyNestBox’s newest software, MNB Assess, has launched to enable new build developers, land agents, architects and investors to search for non-developable “deal breakers” and constraints on land.

End of 2020
An activity that every member of our team goes through after an initial period of job familiarisation is to create a list of the 3-4 main jobs that they are entirely accountable for within the MyNestBox team. These jobs are unique to each person and provide a sense of purpose and accountability to each role. Everyone knows exactly what tasks need to end up in their “important” category on their daily to-do list. It is an empowering way to work.
Dr. Henry Crosby
After many years of servicing the property industry as a data scientist and machine learning engineer, I found myself coming up with idea after idea after idea for new products and services tangentially related to my work. Unfortunately, these ideas were usually targeted at markets outside of the focus of my employer, so I was never able to bring them to fruition. I found myself getting itchier and itchier to implement them, so I made the leap - MyNestBox was born!
